Our Story
It all started in 1961 when Kenroy Home® was founded by Kenroy Phillips. Based in Westminster, California, Kenroy had a vision to make unique home furnishings accessible and affordable for families across America. He started out designing and manufacturing a small collection of decorative mirrors and lamps.
Through the 1960s and 70s, the company steadily grew as Kenroy expanded the product line to include wall décor, furniture, and more. He built strong relationships with retailers across the country who appreciated the eye-catching designs and commitment to quality manufacturing.
In the 1980s, Kenroy’s two sons Kenny and Roy joined the company, bringing a new generation of creativity and innovation. They led the company into categories like outdoor lighting and water fountains, capturing the California indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Today, Kenroy Home® remains family-owned and operated by Kenny, Roy, and the third generation of Phillips now at the helm. We’ve grown into one of the most recognized brands for home accents, available in over 4,000 retail stores nationwide. The company headquarters is still located in Southern California where our design team hand sketches every new product.
